If you are a homeowner in need of repairs on your home, the city may be able to help. Through the Housing Rehabilitation program, income qualified homeowners are able to borrow up to $20,000 for repairs. The city will assist with the contracting process, inspections and payments on your behalf. Additionally, depending on the program you qualify for, your loan may be forgivable over time. The city also has decoversion funds available for people interested in purchasing multi-unit homes and converting them back in to single family homes.
