If you own a business or commercial building in Bethlehem, you may be eligible for funding to improve its look. The city is offering a facade grant program, where up to $5,000 of costs can be matched for any improvements to exterior lighting, signage, windows or other decorative items.
Commercial buildings needing more attention can benefit from the Exterior Building Loan Program, which provides low interest loans for up to $60,000 and grants up to $20,000 for the installation of ADA accessible entrances or for the removal of ADA barriers.
