We're updating our Neighborhood Plan!
The 2026 plan will build on the successes of the original 2019 plan, focusing on housing, economic vitality, public spaces, and neighborhood identity. This process will outline a shared vision and a five-year action plan for the future of Northside.

Feedback
In Fall of 2025, Northside Alive asked residents, business owners, and visitors to tell us how they felt about Northside and what gives the neighborhood its sense of place. We received over 400 responses that will be used to help guide future plans and priorities.
Our new neighborhood plan will be completed in Fall 2026 to help guide the future for Northside Alive.
