2026 Neighborhood Plan Update
We updated our Neighborhood Plan!
The 2026 plan builds on the success of the original 2019 plan, focusing on housing, economic vitality, public spaces, and neighborhood identity.
Our new neighborhood plan will act as a five-year roadmap for our neighborhood, building on the 2019 plan that brought us Friendship Park, the Linden Street redesign, the Broad Street Complete Street, and Northside Alive itself.

Feedback
In Fall of 2025, Northside Alive asked residents, business owners, and visitors to tell us how they felt about Northside and what gives the neighborhood its sense of place. We received over 400 responses that will be used to help guide future plans and priorities.
